- Customers are responsible for following aftercare advice and preventative recommendations provided by our technicians.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
- Any guarantees are limited to the specific pest treated and subject to the customer following our instructions.
- Warranty periods will be confirmed in writing and may vary depending on the type of pest and treatment.
5. Health and Safety
- Customers must inform our technicians of any health concerns, pets, or vulnerable individuals present on the premises prior to treatment.
- Customers are responsible for keeping children and pets away from treated areas until advised safe.
6. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue amounts as permitted by applicable law.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases where services were not provided as agreed.
8. Liability
- TruServ Pest Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or infestations that reoccur due to customer non-compliance with our advice.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
