If you have a pest not listed, please call us – even if we don’t treat it, we may be able to refer you to someone who can help.

Typically, our services are structured as an annual payment with quarterly services. We also offer monthly plans, which are primarily for commercial properties and restaurants.

Our response time can be immediate depending on field staff availability and your location. For existing clients, we aim to respond within 24-48 hours. New customers can expect a response within 48 hours. For start-up services, we schedule for the next available date. Our business hours are Monday through Friday.

Our guarantee depends on the service plan. For one-time agreements, the service is for that one time. For quarterly clients, we offer call-backs and return visits if issues arise between scheduled services. Termite guarantees depend on the specific criteria of the house.

We focus on responsible pest solutions practices. Our current methods do not primarily utilize eco-friendly products, as we have found them less effective unless applied with direct contact.

A typical pest treatment usually takes around 20 minutes. In most cases, you do not need to leave your home during treatment; only in extreme situations might it be necessary, and those would take longer.

If you see pests between scheduled service visits, please call us, and we will come out to address the issue. Our goal is to educate our customers and set reasonable expectations for pest management.
Are there any seasonal pest concerns in Northeast Georgia that I should be aware of, and how do you address them?
Seasonal pests in Northeast Georgia are often “occasional invaders” that we can help manage, though not always eliminate entirely. These can include carpenter bees, stink bugs (which swarm in spring and autumn), and Asian lady beetles (which also swarm twice a year). We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis.
